Directions to Tyner Academy

Directions from I-75 South from Knoxville.

I-75 South Exit right on exit 7   This is the Lee Highway exit marked Hwy 11 and 64-plenty of construction at this exit and watch your speed.

Exit ramp will turn into lee highway so go straight through to the second light which is Tyner Road.  Turn right.  There will be a Mr. Zip on your left here at the light and a trailer repair shop on the right. 

Go approximately 0.7 miles and turn left on to Ty Hi drive.  Before you get to Ty Hi drive you will pass a school on the left Bess T. Shepherd.  Keep going to the second school on left this is Tyner.  Turn left before the school  on Ti Hy Drive.

Ty Hi goes behind the school so turn at the first right behind the school into the parking lot. 

Go  up the drive and turn left at the building then back right at the big HVAC unit. 

Straight ahead you will see a building with green double doors to the left of a garbage dumpster.  This is the entrance to the building we will use.  The presentation room is on the left after you turn left in the hallway of the building. I will have signs posted.

While driving on Ty Hi drive if you get to the tennis courts or football field you have gone to far. 

On Tyner Road if you go between two schools just across from each other you have gone to far and missed Ty Hi Drive. 

From 75 North

Exit at Shallowford Road turn left at the light at the end of the ramp and go back across the interstate.  At Lee Highway light (Bi-Lo, sun trust bank and golden gallon at this light) which is the fourth light counting the light at the exit ramp turn right on lee highway and go to the light at the Mr. zip at Tyner Road and turn left.  Follow  the directions from this light. 

From Bonny Oaks Drive from 153

Turn right at the light at Hickory Valley (VAPP Site and Board of Education offices and has church on corner).  Go over railroad tracks and pass Tyner Road to next road on left which is Ty Hi.  Turn left and follow directions.
